The first two pages are about the history of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and how to ask for accomodations. The following 4 pages list accomodations you could ask for. The last page includes do it yourself accomodations. There is even a page geared specifically for theater and film majors.
This digital download is geared towards the United States. Many of the accomodations can be used for students in k-12 however the process to access accomodations is a bit different.
